PSA hydrogen purifier in factory testing

Our engineer is currently conducting factory testing for the hydrogen purification system, which is designed to eliminate oxygen and water moisture from the incoming hydrogen gas, resulting in high-purity hydrogen gas with a purity of 99.999%. This particular unit has a capacity of 50Nm3/hr, and the incoming hydrogen gas has a hydrogen content of 99.9%, with the remaining impurities consisting of oxygen gas, moisture, and alkali content.

Unlike other technologies, this PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) hydrogen purifier achieves a 50Nm3/hr output of hydrogen gas with a purity of 99.999%, without any hydrogen loss. Additionally, the system ensures that the oxygen content remains below 5ppm, and the dew point is maintained at -65℃ or higher.

Considering the corrosive nature of alkali content on piping, the entire machine has been designed using stainless steel materials and incorporates an explosive-proof design to ensure safety and durability.
