99.99% Nitrogen Generator in Service

A customer approached us due to their dissatisfaction with the poor quality of their previous nitrogen generator at their worksite. In response, we supplied them with a 200Nm3/hr 99.99% nitrogen generator, which included an Atlas Copco air compressor. The nitrogen generator we provided had a remarkable dew point of -65℃.

After several months of operation, our engineer visited the customer’s worksite to conduct a maintenance review. It was discovered that they were only utilizing a flow rate of 120Nm3/hr. As a result, the purity of the nitrogen achieved an impressive 99.999%, surpassing their initial requirements. The customer was delighted with the stability and convenience offered by our machine.
